Before you do anything, ask yourself: "Is this going to take me close to my goal?" “Will this move the needle?” If the answer is no, move on. Don't waste your time on the less necessary stuff. 
What you DON’T do is just as critical as what you do. Your time and energy are limited. Ruthlessly cull your tasks. Focus on the few, best moves for maximum results.
